Useful Summary of Waxman-Markey

I found a useful summary of the Waxman-Markey written by the law firm of White & Case LLP. The PDF is 8 pages long. As far as I can tell, they don't seem to have ax to grind, which contrasts with most other writing I've seen on Waxman-Markey, including mine. At the bottom, they have this note:
